The project goal was to transform the family space into a fresh, functional area tailored to the needs of a growing family, providing additional space, privacy, and a dedicated powder room for the client’s daughters. The renovation achieved this vision with refined design elements and thoughtful enhancements throughout:

Bathroom Renovation: Custom tall cabinetry was added alongside a floating vanity, creating a spacious and organized bathroom layout.

Natural Skylight: The installation of a large Velux skylight was a standout feature, flooding the space with natural light and addressing prior issues with poor lighting and ventilation with there being no window in the bathroom.

Powder Room Addition: A new powder room was introduced, offering extra space and convenience for the daughters, with a cohesive design that integrates seamlessly with the overall aesthetic.

High-End Finishes: Brushed nickel fixtures and beautiful terrazzo tiles added a touch of elegance to each room.

Elegant Oak Cabinetry: To maintain continuity, elegant oak cabinetry was carried through the bathroom, powder room, and laundry, adding warmth and style.

Modernized Laundry: The laundry was redesigned for a minimalist aesthetic, with abundant storage to keep surfaces clutter-free and maximize usability.

The client was thrilled with the outcome and appreciated the custom design and how the new functionality positively impacts their daily living experience.
